What is cost-plus pricing?

Cost-plus contracts are the simplest and, in our experience, most fair way to price a project. Because we use open book billing, our clients see precisely what every penny pays for. It is an honest and informative way to charge for services rendered and ensures the client pays for exactly what they intended, and not a dollar more.

Should I choose a small contractor vs. a large one?

The relatively small size of Rhinard Construction is a benefit, as it keeps our communication and relationship to our clients highly tailored and proactive. Additionally, at our size we’re personally involved in hand-picking the best subcontractors for our tight-knit team.
